What if leaders who are creating real projects and struggling for change in the advertising industry could come together to work together for 4 days?
More than that, what if they could listen to and learn from young people from various realities of the country who are entering the market with the dream of making a difference?
The result of this beautiful experience is here. The goal was to understand what the next generation of creatives are hoping for in the future and, from that, to create a guide to help them open new doors or conquer the challenges they are facing to put new ideas into practice.
Creative leaders were together for 3 days to create a song which seeks to give voice and strength to all those who are already suffering from the aggressions and threats of a significant portion of the new president's voters in Brazil.

These are some photos of my journey in Delhi, India, 2019.
I joined Women Empowerment volunteer program with Volunteering Solutions to contribute towards helping the women dwelling in the Delhi, India. I've worked with Women's Right Organizations & NGOs aiming to improve the lives of the underprivileged women by teaching them computer and english classes as well as polishing their communication skills, so that they can get a job and be independent. Many of these women also have to support their families.
It's only when you travel to these countries and join the journey, will you get to know how different lives can be for women in a world where the struggles of daily life are absolutely real in every sense of the term.
